In 2021 the first S/4 HANA Private Cloud Edition in Bulgaria was launched for Agria S.A. 

Agria S.A. is a leading company in Bulgaria in the agriculture sector. Having traditions in agriculture chemistry, Agria S.A. operates in over 100 markets globally. The system provided an automated solution to optimize the available Agria raw materials, to ensure consistent quality and components of its products, SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) functionality. This approach is revolutionary not only for Bulgaria, but it’s applied only in 2 other countries across Europe.

In 2023 PPS Group launched the first S/4 HANA Public Cloud on the Balkans. This enforced best practices and business processes within SAP and improved the whole Shelly Group functionalities. The project automated all Shelly Group web shops and made SAP the single point of truth, leveraging all logistics processes within SAP: customers, vendors, manufacturing, import, export, e.g. Being listed at the stock exchange as a SAP customer, this accelerates their consolidation reports.

Vellea Group with their key brand Videnov Furniture is currently launching SAP Sales & Service Cloud to streamline via one platform all customer communications, including emails, call center, phone communications, chat conversations and any other communication related to the end customer.
