On 10 November, the 18th edition of the ceremony of the “Manager of the Year” awards took place at the Sofia Opera and Ballet. 

Orgnanzied by Manager Media Group, the “Manager of the Year” awards acknowledge strong leadership, that sets and example and inspires businesses and managers to grow and thrive. 

Following the tradition, the big award was handed by the President of Republic of Bulgaria, Mr. Rumen Radev. 

The “Manager of the Year” awards are among the most prestigious business events in Bulgaria and the comprise of five categories: Manager of the Year, Team of the Year, Business Transformation, Best New Business and Business at its First 20 Millions. The assessment of the submissions is done by Deloitte methodology, specially tailored for the “Manager of the Year” awards, stepping on key criteria such as financial results, management practices, leadership skills and others. 

It is greatest honour and recognition for us, that Power Partner Solutions was finalist in two categories - Team of the Year and Business at its First 20 Millions. The Team of the Year category is very dear to our hearts, as the core and soul of our company is our team. Qualifying among the best five teams within 33 submissions in this category, the PPS practices, like bringing  bright minds back home to Bulgaria, women empowerment, hybrid way of working, mentoring and inspirational sessions across universities and schools in Bulgaria, unconventional working spaces and support to our teammates whenever they need us the most, prove to be the model for a great team-driven spirit.
