SAP Project Manager
What we need:
• Project Management Expertise: Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
• SAP Activate methodology is an advantage
• SAP Experience: Knowledge of SAP systems and modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC) is highly recommended
• Project Experience: Participation in at least three implementation projects
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in managing diverse teams and fostering collaboration
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to address challenges and make informed decisions
• Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Identify and allocate resources required for the project, including personnel, technology, and budget
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication
• Assign tasks and responsibilities based on team members’ skills and expertise
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and provide status updates on project progress
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impacts on project timelines and outcomes
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business requirements
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and lessons learned
• Track project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
